Event Industry CRM

Hey everyone!

I'm trying to identify the best CRM for my organization (a service-based company providing music for the Events industry) and wanted to ask if you'd recommend one that could work well for our needs. Here are a couple features we're looking for:

1. We're looking for one that combines CRM and project management. I did a shallow dive and gravitated toward Insightly for the way it seamlessly converts a client into a project after the deal is won. Are there others that excel at this type of thing?
2. We're also interested in a CRM that has a flexible way to organize different types leads / clients / customers. For example, we have lots of one time leads (brides, for example), but the same lead might involve a regular client, like a planner. And the same planner might work at a few different venues, which would be a good thing to track. Is there a CRM that would let us enjoy a lot of customization and reporting around this type of thing?
