Need Recommendation for Small Service Business CRM

We are a service business that does operations locally.

We primarily run ads through Meta and get most of our leads through Instagram & Facebook messages along with Webform submissions.

I need a simple CRM that will allow my sales people to access both Facebook and Instagram messages, meaning they will need to have live conversation on the platform.

Additionally be able to receive form submissions from our Webform.

I looked at Zoho and others.. But you can't even chat on Facebook with Zoho, and they don't even have an Instagram integration…
