Best and inexpensive CRM for small business

So I work for a two small business; house remodeling and screens installment. They are two separate business but same owner. We already work with Job Tread and Hubspot.

Job Tred is excellent for keeping track of our jobs and vendors. Withhout doubt we will keep working with JT.

Now Hubspot, I have no buts with this. It's perfect for our marketing emails. We receive calls through Dialpad and we have it as an integration which helps us keep track of the calls. It's also helpful with email tracking, it alerts us when a customer/lead has opened an email and how many times. We also have JT as an integration and also receive our new leads to Hubspot. Lastly we also have our websites forms in hubspot which also help keep track of new leads. My favorite thing is the daahboard and reports tou can create to keep tracks of KPI's and Leads.

However, Hubspot is too expensive. So I am in the hunt for a CRM that can give us the same benefits as Hubspot for a cheaper price.
