CRM for Job Applications

Hi,

I am planning to apply for multiple jobs and open positions. However, I have a hard time tracking the progress of applications via E-Mail in a traditional program like Mail. Do you have any suggestions how I could make this process more efficient via a CRM tool or a Newsletter program. My concern is also that the use of those programs might get detected or flagged as spam.

At the end of the day, I need to have an overview over multiples, hundreds of mails to see if I need to resend some, and/or to flag some for next step (e.g., positive reply). Hope I could get my point across.
