Through my experience in working with CRM systems, I've realized that the key challenge lies not in choosing the system but in its configuration.

Could you please recommend books or online courses for self-study on CRM in the context of:

  • Business Type / Industry: B2B (wholesale distributor / commodity trading firm).
  • Focus of Interest: How other B2B companies (wholesale distributors or trading firms) organize their work with suppliers and clients using CRM. Specifically, I'm interested in:
