Looking for a Pipedrive alternative to recommend to clients

Hey folks – I've been looking for a viable alternative to Pipedrive that handles high-volume transactional sales in B2C really well. Pipedrive shines in solution selling, when the average ratio of customer interactions per transaction is > 1, but many of the businesses I'm working with are restaurants and online stores; these need more marketing than sales, because their sales process is mainly an automated transaction process doesn't require any kind of solution selling, and that average ratio drops below 1.

Typical client example is a business that has a physical location and an online presence, such as a coffee shop that sells coffee and coffee-related merchandise online and in-store, or a barbershop that sells haircare products, offline and in-store. These can be small, single-location, independent businesses or franchises with multiple locations.

Features:

  1. integrates with or is part of an online retail platform
  2. integrates with or has a POS solution for brick-and-mortar
  3. has win/loss functionality so that clients can see a real-time conversion rate report
  4. provides native or stable 3rd-party omnichannel integrations (Email, Chat,, WhatsApp, SMS and phone, in order of priority).
  5. Nice to have: is NOT industry-specific, i.e. customizable to several industries
  6. Supports multiple languages and currencies for clients in other countries
  7. Very nice to have: supports multi-tenancy, so I could manage multiple clients in a single account without data security issues
  8. I should also be able to automate just about anything to streamline the transaction processes.

I may be under-articulating the the need or not sufficiently framing the problem; maybe it's not a CRM I'm looking for at all. If you have questions I haven't considered, I'll update the post with new requirements. Any help would be appreciated in helping me frame the problem, or pointing me to a solution I can start evaluating.
