we are a small Team doing services as an agency. Currently we use Hubspot and basically put everything into Notes, which is not the intended way.
We want to switch to an intuitive CRM that supports the Setter-Closer-Process and might be easy to switch from hubspot.
Some nice to have features would be:
-
Tracking numbers
-
custom fields to sort and search leads
-
Dial integration with iPhone (this is really the cherry on the cake haha)
Is there anyone with a similar situation, and some recommendations on CRM's to look at?
