CRM Recommendation for art studio

I know that CRM’s can be used in a variety of industries, but I thought I’d get the opinion of people here before I waste a bunch of time aimlessly googling.

My wife is starting an art studio in the fall that is membership based and will have around 200 people paying a monthly fee. Because of the popularity in the city, there will soon be a waiting list of a few hundred people.

We are looking for software to help manage the client records (fees paid, supplies purchased, key fob #, etc) as well as the help us manage the waitlist. Ideally people that have been on the waitlist the longest will be obvious and we can keep in touch with people with regular emails, maybe letting them now where they are on the list, etc.

Possible that we might need the software to help with some inventory management with some of the art supplies on hand that are resold to the students, etc.

Can a CRM be tailored for this, or should I be looking elsewhere?
