CRM for Party Princesses

Hiya,

I'd love some recommendations for a CRM system that is focused on event/ resource co-ordination (rather than sales and marketing) so that we can move on from our manual calendar/booking process.

Features we need:

• Conditional buffer time e.g. I have a party as Rapunzel from 10-11 and a party as Sleeping beauty at 12.30. It takes 20 minutes to change costumes. However, I then have another party as Sleeping beauty from 14.00 which doesn't require the buffer as I'm already in costume.
• Travel time to different events
• Booking request forms but not instant booking
• Multiple performers with their own availability calendar
• Bonus if it allows for resource calendars e.g. princess 1 has costume A at venue X and princess 2 needs costume A at venue y.

I recognise that these usecases are probably not that niche but I'm struggling to find a simple system that enables these without investing in a very complex CRM system and would love your advice.
