Can Hubspot work for a call center person answering calls for multiple businesses?

I run a digital marketing agency that also answers inbound calls for our clients. Previously, we used OpenPhone for this. It allows my employees to answer inbound calls for a few different clients. They can see what business is being called so they know how to greet the caller and what business name to use. Can hubspot accomplish the same thing? Trying to consolidate all these softwares we are using.
