( votes)I'm having trouble finding the right CRM system for me. Nowadays almost everyone is offering SaaS solutions and Cloud storage. However thats nothing I need. I tried out some systems but im already struggling at the Installation process hence I feel like even If I hired someone to do it I would need them more and more in the future. I tried Offline CRM Odoo
I struggled with the Installation of alternatives auch as: SuiteCRM EspoCRM Bitrix Zurmo CiviCRM VTiger AgileCRM
The Problem for me was that except for Offline CRM all Others need to be hosted locally. With OfflineCRM i just open the program and everything is there. Since I'm not that experienced with this technical stuff it is a real challenge to get it running. I dont know how many times I installed and uninstalled XAMPP and Python and pandas and all the other stuff.
Whats I really need would be the following: •A CRM that is offline (So all Data can be stored locally, I dont need a cloud or multi user access at all) •I should be able to create companies, contacts within the companies, and other contacts, i need to be able to add them to lists I create. So i should be able to create lists (for example a list for a certain region). I should be able to add a single contact to several list. •within those lists and contacts i should be able to add, remove or customize columns and fields •Preferably it's a one time payment and after I can just download the App and add my contacts via CSV •As mentioned a simple App would be awesome it seems like all the solutions mentioned that arent Cloud options, want me to host it locally
I dont think I want to much as the way I describe it, it's a simply more complex adress/phone book. I just need to be able to slightly customize the columns and fields. Thats really it. Just because the amount of contacts is really big a simple contactbook wont do.
Maybe I'm having a wrong idea about this whole topic but I really dont think my needs are too crazy.
I welcome any recommendations and ideas.
