Looking for different CRM options to manage a loan fund for bridge loans. Any CRMs you feel would be a great fit for the following needs?

Investors:

  • Store investor information
  • Track loans the investor has been involved in (past, present)
  • Ability to withdraw and add funds to individual investor account
  • Bonus: Ability to send money, receive money, cut check, or some other way to deal with funds digitally
  • Additional Bonus: Investor portal: Ability for a investor to login and check fund performance.

Investor Fund:

  • Fund splash page, Totals, Current balance performance etc..
  • Ability to project future capital based on loan repayment. We need to book out future loans based on when we expect current loan capital to be available again.
  • Analytics
  • Auto balance based on key factors such as investors adding/withdrawing funds, loan pay offs.

Loans:

  • Manage loans
  • Edit return and percentages on each loan
  • Relate investors and loans (may be multiple investors per loan)
  • Relate borrower to loan
  • Automated loan reminders and due dates to customers via email
  • Automated loan performance when loan funds and closes to investors
  • expenses and closing costs
  • Need a way to track expenses such as legal and liens on a per loan basis
  • Loan Status – applied, waiting on funds, funded, default, closing in 30, Paid/closed, This is key as each status will affect the FUND status. Status should also be automated based on other actions such as borrower payoff
  • Loan APR based on time the loan is open. Monthly calculations for interest. Loan APR goes up each month the loan is extended.

Borrowers:

  • Track borrowers past and present loans
  • Borrower portal (bonus) Ideally we'd love a portal for borrowers to track interest rates based on how long the term of the loan is and the ability to view early payoff bonuses.
  • Ability to make payments towards loan (bonus)

Expenses and profit split (optional)

  • On a per loan basis we need to track expenses, issue the return to the investors, and pay out the company owners via a percentage basis.

Bank account connection: (optional)

  • Would also be ideal to connect banking at several levels.
  • Borrowers can connect account to make payment. receive funds, payoff loan.
  • Main fund account can be connected
  • Investors can connect to transfer funds.

Users:

  • User access that will block investor contact info
  • User access that will block fund changes/withdrawal etc..

Well this is pretty complicated. It's a dream list. The last 2 we could do without but would be great if we could have them.
