Task manager

We have a small team and are a traditional real estate agency. For CRM, we use a tool that is specifically tailored to our activity. The problem is that it is not good for managing tasks that need to be done. Therefore, we are looking for a second tool where everyone can write down their tasks, and anyone, including the secretary, can work on them. For example, ‘Please call back customer X,’ etc. Which tool would you recommend?
