( votes)Does anyone use Deja Office? I am trying to do something that seems like it ought to be easy and I have been struggling with it for a week. I'm trying to look up all of my contacts in one state. I want this to be a lookup, not grid view. I created a custom query using AddressStateWork Like 'UT' but it only brings up 4 contacts. I have more than 200 contacts in the state and I can see them listed when I bring up everything in grid view. I also tried the query AddressStateWork = 'UT' with the same result– only four contacts come up. I have lost a week trying to figure out how to bring up a lookup of all of the contacts in a state instead of actually contacting the clients in the state. If anyone can tell me what I am doing wrong I would be grateful. Premium support for Deja Office costs more than the software itself and if I can't get this sorted I'm going to use those funds to switch back to Act.
