Looking for guidance

I work at a hair loss clinic that has been around for a long time.

They have always used ACT! But it is outdated and doesn’t integrate much.

The current database has about 40,000 client profiles

But we use a separate messaging and marketing platform. The company just has a lot of separate programs we use to keep track of appts and clients and it’s exhausting

Any recommendations on a good CRM for a hair loss clinic that does surgical and non-surgical treatments?

We would obviously need to keep track of clients, ideally it could store full charts/ files, schedule appts, have messaging and marketing features etc. we don’t deal with insurance but we do keep full medical files.

I’m not an IT person and just looking for guidance. I want to suggest to the boss some changes lol
