Looking for a crm in a automobile dealership

Hello everyone, I am interning at a car dealership and want to acquire crm software for the dealership for lead distribution among sales consultant and sending personalized mail to customer reminding of them renewal insurance and wishing them on occasion of birthday anniversary and all those things. Currently the whole car company and the dealership itself uses salesforces as a main crm software for capturing leads to making reports and the proposed crm would be used in conjunction with the main crm so data mitigation between the crm is also a main concern for me to look.
