What are the best HubSpot alternatives? CRM + CMS

Hi r/CRM people!

I'm looking for some reasonably priced alternatives to HubSpot. We've been using it for over two years, but it has become too expensive.

Here's what we use HubSpot for:

• CRM
• Simple marketing automation
• Knowledge base
• Blog
• Creating hundreds of landing pages (we heavily rely on this feature)

I'm considering splitting these functions into at least two tools: a CRM (I'm thinking about Pipedrive or Monday CRM) and a CMS to build our blog, knowledge base, and landing pages (I'm considering WordPress).

Do you have any advice on choosing CRM and CMS platforms? Do you know of any reasonable alternatives to HubSpot?
