( votes)I'm trying to figure out what CRM to use for a nonprofit client. We have ZOHO books and have invested a lot of time and energy and our accountant really recommended we use that so it's not a good time to move to another service.
We're ready to implement a CRM and I know Zoho has that feature too. Is it a good option? To me it seems easier to stay in this software and more efficient for building out the internal system.
I've seen so many options and some that are marketed to nonprofits exclusively versus not. But is there a difference?
