Free CRM by ariMarketing – I have been using it for a month now and it’s nice!

We have a wedding planning business and this CRM makes is easy to follow up with leads, send templated emails directly from the CRM, create projects and tasks (each wedding is a project and various things our team needs to do can be set up as tasks. Our website redesign project is also on here and creating tasks is easy for various members to see and accomplish without much additional communication required.) They also have an invoicing option, payment integration, and a bunch of cool features.

The best part of this is the CRM is completely free up to 10,000 contacts! This gives us a huge gap until we need to pay (which may be never!). The only real downside is that this is a relatively new CRM and there is not that much public info on it – youtube tutorials etc but their support team is solid

I am curious about other free CRMs and if they stack up to this one.

I reached out to the sales team and it seems they are planning on keeping the basic up to 10k contacts free indefinitely! How are they able to do this?!
