I need help finding a CRM for an established Rogers-partnered retail store. We currently use Excel for tracking sales, leads, clients, and inventory; Slack for team communication; and Google Drive for documents. We also want to replace RQ4, which we use for inventory and invoicing, but that’s not a necessity. I know a lot of crms have marketing features so it I thought I should mention most of our customers are recurring or walk in, we sell inventory and also phone plans.
Key needs: – Track leads/sales (leads would be phone plans, and sales would be phone plans and retail products) , inventory, and clients – Manage team with tasks and reminders (automated??) – Control over data access and visibility
Budget: $400/month. Team size: 8 internal, 5 external sales reps.
Any recommendations?
