Looking for CRM recommendations please.

We need a new CRM to bring over about 3K leads that would allow us to email, text, and leave voicemails.

This would be for new homes sales teams, so the ideal system would allow for certain fields to be seen by all, but others restricted. For example someone could see the name of a registered lead if they visited a different model but they could not see the notes on said lead or any action plan. We would also like to be able to run various campaigns (email, text and VM combinations) based on lead tags we generate.

Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions. We have a great CRM tied directly into our website www.theohiohomestore.com but that is through Sierra interactive thus not able to integrate with builders site.
