We narrowed things down to Folk and Attio; calling all customers: what are the key LIMITATIONS of either to be aware of ahead of time?

We looked at 15+ systems including the personal CRM space. We liked Folk and Attio best mainly because of their Notion-like feel, ability to extend, APIs, import/export functions and moderate search capabilities.

Before making our final choice would love to hear from customers what kind of real world limitations they have been running into they would have wanted to known before!
