Hello readers!

Our team has built a client/project management platform that significantly helps improve team workflows.

This platform came about because of our frustration with how messy post-sales operations are e.g. communicating with clients, coordinating with teams internally, and managing projects. In the past, we invested in several tools to fill the gaps (Salesforce for our CRM, Notion for our notes, emails for client communications, slack for internal comms and Monday for project management.) but it was such a tedious process to set up and there were things that never fully linked.

This tool has been so effective that we gained enough confidence to purely work on Cuppa to manage all of our operations.

Its unique features are:

* Integrated Email Client so you can manage client communications without having to swap between platforms.

* Automatically store client and team interactions in a timeline for each client or project – reducing the need for lengthy handover briefs and keeps teams in the loop constantly.

* Share milestones with clients so they know the whole process from start to finish and can track progress in real-time.

Our goal is to implement AI to help further speed up workflows from generating reports for managers to getting quick summary snapshots of what's happening on each project.
