How does Zoho CRM’s industry wise offerings differ from each other?

I see a lot of industry wise "solutions" on their website like hospitality, real estate, retail, etc. But how do they differ in terms of available features or UI by default? Aren't all the features available across these offerings? I am a bit new to this CRM world, if you have any idea, please let me know!
