CRM for automotive?

We’ve began a local automotive servicing business and I’m looking for a free way to keep track of clients info and appointments. I’m looking for a program with a free option that’ll allow us to stay organized while we’re small, and if we need something larger in the future we could either upgrade or integrate into another system. So I’m trying to think semi-long term We’ll be a company of 3-10. In the first week we’ve gathered 20 clients with work done or appointments set so I’d like a program capable of 500-1000+

I’ve started with monday.com since it looked simple enough. I’ve mocked a few appointments. I’m wondering long term how’ll I’ll be able to easily set new appointments for existing clients, any holdbacks I’ll experience with their free version, and how I could integrate in the future. Any info super appreciated 🙂
