We're in search of a CRM system that can not only manage typical CRM functions but also facilitate better communication and workflow between the store's team, their installers, and customers. Here’s what we need:
Core CRM Capabilities:
– Lead Management: Effective tracking and management of potential leads and customer interactions.
– Sales Management: Tools to streamline the sales process along with robust reporting functionalities.
– Customer Interaction Logs: Detailed logs for tracking all customer communications and activities.
Installer Portal:
– Schedule Management: Ability for installers to view and manage their job schedules.
– Document Management: Tools to upload and manage documents pertaining to specific jobs.
– Job Details Access: Easy access to job details and updates to ensure accountability and clarity.
Customer Portal:
– Project Status: Customers should be able to check the status of their ongoing projects.
– Document Submission: Facilities for submitting necessary documents and requests for additional services.
– Communication Channel: Direct communication options with the service team or assigned installers.
