CRM is so frustrating!!!!

I've joined as a sales rep in a new company and this is my first time using a CRM and the software is so time consuming and frustrating!! How do you guys deal with it?!

How do I learn the platform quickly? I've gone through videos and stuff but still not able to grasp it 😭😭😭

Any solutions to this??? (We use Salesforce)
