CRM Suggestions for our team

Hello all,

I have been looking for a CRM with some specific features and I’m hoping you all can help.

I work with many companies that all have their own sales force. Those individual reps send us leads which we then try to close.

The problem lies in keeping everything under the organization.

Let’s say I bring on “Krona” as an account. They have a team of 15 that sends us leads. Id like for the ability to track each lead and have it follow back to each individual rep and the organization.

Let’s say Mary works for Krona and sends me 10 leads. Joe also works for Krona and send me 5 leads. I need to be able to track all that information and have it not only link back to the sales rep, but also the organization.

If Mary calls me, I need to be able to see the leads under her and then dive down deeper if needed.

There are many organization all with teams and similar scenarios.

I hope it’s not too confusing. I’ve been using Pipedrive, however, they have yet to provide me with a solution. I love the simplicity and ability to customize everything to make it look clean, but I don’t know if it can ever do what I want. Their support is only through chat and numerous agents have told me that I cannot do what I’m looking to do.

Simplicity is one of the most important features, next to having the ability to do the above. A great mobile app would be nice as well.
