nutshell vs agilecrm vs brevo vs freshworks, which one to use? 2024

Hi, which one is the best for shopify? i need email marketing and customer support
i am moving away from zoho. their customer service is basically non existent LOL there is NO customer support existent. nobody replies to you nobody helps you. so disappointed. already paid yearly subscription but i will move away anyway cuz i cant depend on such a thing
