Need to find a new CRM (Email+SMS+Webhooks)

We currently use Front. But it's gotten so expensive. We don't have a ton of volume, but we do integrate with Twilio for SMS. We have customers that respond to us via QR codes to SMS.

I'm trying to find something else that also has those features but isn't $75/user. It's just too much for a small business, especially considering only a few people really have to use it but everyone needs to be on the same platform in case there is a ticket that comes over. So it drives me nuts that I'm paying $75/person for everyone and really only 2 people use it as we need it. Everyone else just uses it to look into a customer.
