Best CRM for sales relationship/account manager

I am looking for something that I can connect LinkedIn to, and label key prospects, as well as automatically set reminders to call back, or schedule a call back for a specific time frame (such as "returning from vacation in 2 weeks" etc. or possibly black out dates for "maternity leave from X to X dates).

I would also like to be able to add information and sync the information to my phone contacts, such as employer, location details, family members names like spouse and children's names.
