( votes)I've been working with this company for years and yeara and they are truly amazing, solved a lot of really hard problems for me, however their work structure is pretty much 3 people that all do the same things and communicate via post it's. If one gets lost it's gone.
I've talked to them and the y are willing to implement a CRM. What they need is a CRM that tracks calls to profiles, ideally automatically asks for a short summary as well as e mail tracking. Since they use outlook.y first idea was eWay but I'm not sure if that can include calls and mobile phone work since that is a main focus.
I'm doing this mostly to make my job easier but also because they are a genuinely great company that I want to help out.
