Freshsales with AI for B2B Sales

Has anyone used Freshsales recently with its Freddy AI built in? We are a professional services business and have a small team and we want to automate our lead generation process. We have looked at Bitrix24, HubSpot, and Zoho and just were not impressed.

Just for context we have lead list sources that we would be importing in and then having our sales team call and email on them.

Want to know the good, the bad, the ugly if you will. Thanks!
