Need an Easy Offer Creation + CRM Tool?

Hey everyone
I’m looking for a simple tool that lets me create custom PDF offers, track sales and has good CRM features. Tried Pipedrive and HubSpot, but they didn’t hit the mark for creating offers the way I need.
Need something straightforward and effective so our sales team would use it.
Any recommendations?
