Is anyone using SQL in Tessitura?

Hi all! I’m new to IT with a local theatre company that handles box office work for other theaters, and I was wondering if there’s a good way to access the database under Tessitura? I’ve been Googling about it, and it seems to run on MSSQL, which is fine and dandy and T-SQL’s great, but how do I actually get to that database?

Does it have an exposable DSN, or is there some kind of endpoint I can pass queries to, or do I just need to download SSMS and try to connect to local port 1433 and see what happens?
