Best CRM for Franchise?

What CRM is most suitable for a franchise that wants to oversee all franchisee sales activity & offers multi location functionality? Seeking something that would make franchise owners happy but also their providers, many of which have several locations. The providers who have multiple locations would like a birds eye view of each locations performance as well as overall combined performance. Is there anything like this that exists or am I dreaming up something that would be extremely expensive?
