Why don’t people just go for Hubspot?

Hubspot is a free CRM. You can create almost unlimited contacts, customise it as you like (well, almost) and offer great features then why don't people just go for it and look for different CRM softwares?

This question is for companies with low budget because for high budget there a lot of options including SalesForce, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP etc.
