Looking for B2C CRM for surf camp

Hi Everyone!
I work for a small business (surf camp), and as we grew, we realized we needed to figure out how many leads who contacted us or we contacted back are actually booking. We kept using Hubspot for forms and contacts, but upgrading it to a paid version would be too expensive for us… we thought about Zoho, but it has too many apps and is confusing. We are using the Booking layer and Google Workspace as a base.
So I'm looking for a B2C CRM with functions like:
– add leads/contacts from Gmail (Google Workspace)
– have email marketing automation
– Forms for booking requests but also normal email signups
– WhatsApp chat optional
– google ads integration
Any recommendations?
Is anyone using active campaigns for B2C?
