Platforms to do prety basic CRM

Hello, I'm currently working with doctors managing their ads on social media. I want to offer some VERY BASIC CRM. My idea, to begin, is using the doctors client database to send personalized reminders to every pacient, I know it is a pretty simple task. Which platform should I use for this? Mailchimp?

What other things I could offer?
