Freshsales Suite – Automations

Hi, Everyone. We run an e-commerce company, and we have been using Freshsales as our CRM for (the past 3 years) – We are on the old platform and not the suite, and we are looking into upgrading to Freshsales Suite. We are looking for someone who has enough experience to understand what is needed and help us set up the automations needed to make our lives easier. Any suggestions?
