( votes)My client is about to launch his SaaS MVP and thinking about using a CRM. I've never really used one before, but I know the basics. Our initial customer base is gonna be less than 10 or 20, and my client is being pretty picky about who they are.
Do you think we're overcomplicating things here? Any advice on picking the right CRM?
