The building management software I use (OfficeRnD) has a direct HubSpot integration, so I started signed up for the starter hubspot packages a year ago. Its ui/ux is ok, its stable and by far seems to be the most universally popular option, however, I'm tired of them trying to upsell me for pretty much any function I try to use. I can only set up a handful of email templates without upgrading, I can't really set up any automation without upgrading and any time I click on anything it seems a sales person immediately starts hounding me to upgrade (which is real pain in the ass). Needless to say, for my small operation, the upgraded packages are just way too expensive.
Looking for some recommendations on alternatives I can integrate into OfficeRND with Zapier.
– Contact form integration for my website
– Basic lead tracking, dropping into buckets of qualified vs unqualified for 4 different product types.
– Generate email marketing lists based on the aforementioned information
– Automation with templates.
