Online retail help

Hello guys, we're a small company that mainly sells through whatsapp, and makes invoices through zoho books, our workflow mainly consists of manually writing down the order and then creating the invoice on zoho books, but with the amount of orders coming in and customers to talk to it's getting out of hand. At the moment im looking at Kommo CRM which will help with setting up a multi agent number for our sales since we've been really just working off the same number with the basic whatsapp client on different computers. Do you guys know of any software that could help us consolidate as much as possible when it comes to the making of orders, and if possible integrating with zoho books for the creation of invoices?
