I have been asked to help 2 friends build a small recruitment agency. They plan to do 360-degree recruitment and they have a ton of experience in it. They asked me to help them with setting up the Operational part as I have experience with Bullhorn and Hubspot.
Currently, they are using Folk CRM and doing a lot of manual work. I didn't use Folk before and I have a couple of concerns, described below:
The bottlenecks they have at the moment are:
– A lot of manual work as they fill-in a lot of data manually in Folk (except LinkedIn, Folk has a chrome extension for it)
– Everything is scattered all over the place at the moment
– Nothing is synced with Folk
Problems I see now or in the near future:
– I don't see a third party calling integration for Folk, hence I am afraid it won't be able to sync calls into Folk directly (similarly to Aircall & Hubspot for example)
– I don't see a third-party document sign integration in Folk
– From the outside, it doesn't seem like Folk has analytics such time to placement, average cost per hire etc, CVs sent etc.
What is your experience with Folk?
What other solution would you suggest for a small recruitment agency?
