iso CRM recommendation g suite/google workplace friendly

Insurance Brokerage 2 employees primarily for basic account management with email marketing tools integrated. We have about 60 group clients but we will be expanding. We are starting from scratch regarding the account management system and organizing our bookkeeping. I would love to hear any recommendations and tips. Do not mind paying for a subscription if it's worth it.
