Best free CRM for sales with email integration?

Hi everyone,

I have been looking for a good CRM system that is free. I am trying Hubspot, but the problem with hubspot is that it automatically BCC's every email in my outlook (I have personal and volunteer work emails in my outlook). I do my best to delete the BCC but sometimes I forget. My boss wants access to whatever CRM I choose, and I don't want my personal stuff accidentally in there. I also don't think it is appropriate for him to read every email I send. I don't have anything to hide, it just feels invasive.

Anyway, I need a CRM where I can keep track of current customers, potential customers, current deals in the works and maybe even a forecast area but that is not super necessary. The most important piece is to track customer contacts and potential deals.

Is Hubspot my best choice here or would another work? I think we could pay for one too but I am sure not too much.
