Doing a CRM migration for the first time. Trying to put together a kanban board to do some project management planning. How do you guys go about what to prioritize first?
I'm currently prioritizing the data transfer from the old system first, then setting up internal processes, configurations, then taking care of external configurations and then lastly reporting.
If anyone has any input or feedback as to why this won't work or a better list of priorities, I'm all ears being a noob here.
