Been googling around and can't seem to figure out how to put together a CRM roadmap?
I found a bunch of "roadmaps" on slideteam.net but none of them seem definitive or none of them seem to follow any common pattern….. Some either include the stakeholders, goals and metrics but no initiatives. I'm very confused as to how to put one together. If anyone has a template or example to follow, that would be a helpful starting place!
