I'm a health insurance agent seeking recommendations for a CRM software. Currently, we're using AllClients, which serves our membership well but falls short for our agents. We primarily contract independent agents with multiple insurance carriers, and our current system involves Google spreadsheets and AllClients CRM, resulting in a lot of manual work and constant tracking.
We need a CRM where agents can create accounts, access their dashboards to view contracted carriers, request appointments with other carriers, and receive notifications such as license updates. We also require features for agents to download commission statements, update personal information, and manage banking details, etc..
Our ideal CRM should also streamline staff tasks like tracking sent and completed contracts. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
