( votes)Hi there, my company is a small customer service/ call center. We are looking to keep track of our leads and logs to get better results. I heard of a lot of companies using zoho however I think it is not worth the cost considering I tried it before and found it a bit shady (issues with charges and they kept calling me every day once I cancelled) it’s just not for us.
-We are looking for an easy to use CRM so I can keep track of employee activities (when was x person contacted, what stage is it on…) -Looking for safety. Customer data is important, I wouldn’t want my data stolen -Cost, we are new and have a relatively small budget -ideally integration with whatsapp, email and a call platform
